An old farmhouse with an unusual floor plan featuring two entrances positioned facing each other. Located at the end of a narrow alley near Futagi Port on Futagi Island, with a storehouse attached. The alley has a charming sloped character reminiscent of Onomichi. Though single-story, the building sits on sloped land giving parts of it a two-story appearance. The distinctive feature is two structures with entrances facing each other: the left side is pure Japanese wooden construction with an inn-like atmosphere, spacious entryway and corridor; the right side is partially concrete with concentrated water facilities (kitchen, bath, toilet). The concrete section has external stairs and a usable rooftop with sea views. About 70 years old with an elegant atmosphere of a traditional Japanese home. Not vacant for long, recently inhabited, so move-in ready. Shows age-appropriate wear including broken windows and water damage signs, but roof and main structure are sound; major renovation unnecessary. Flush toilet is a significant advantage.
