Full description

In Uwajima City, Ehime Prefecture, a 171.87㎡ detached house with the beautiful Seto Inland Sea spreading right in front. Since there's a place to access the sea directly in front of the property, you can enjoy fishing and sea activities from here. The land is also spacious at 279.99㎡, and with parking available, BBQ and work would feel nice. You could place a sauna in the garden and use the sea as a cold-water bath, pitch a tent for camping, and due to its photogenic nature, it might also be usable as a guesthouse. There's a retaining wall on the back, and the adjacent property doesn't seem to be occupied, so it's a nice situation where you can enjoy it without worrying about neighbors. / It's a convenient location with a convenience store (Family Mart Uwajima Yoshida Fish Market about 7 minutes by car), a swimming beach, and a bath facility (Shio no Yu & Sauna (Akehamamare) about 22 minutes by car). The building requires item removal, cleaning, and repairs, but since it's possible to rebuild, in the future rebuilding it as a seaside villa with an ocean view would also be nice. The lifelines consist of municipal water, LP gas, electricity, and pit toilet sewerage. Quite a bit of furniture and household items remain, and we hope for someone who will take these as they are. Additionally, there is damage from wildlife, so we are planning to hire a specialist. / I'm in a distant location so I'm unable to show the property in person. A key box has been installed, so please conduct your own preliminary inspection of the property. If you're interested, I will provide you with a previous written explanation of important matters for your reference. Immediate transfer is possible. Since there may be discrepancies in area and structure, please be sure to verify the site in person. / Building note: contains unregistered portions
