Full description
Folk house located in Iwato District, neatly organized. Located near the center of Iwato Station, just off the prefectural road. Nearby amenities include a restaurant famous for charcoal ramen, the village's only medical clinic (open twice a week), and a taxi company, offering a reassuring location with people living in the area. Unusually compact for the Old Folk House Bank, comfortable without being too spacious. The kitchen has stylish table and chairs. The first floor has two rooms with a sunken hearth. The path in front of the house is narrow, wide enough for one person to pass. / Condition: There are some areas requiring minor maintenance, but it is neatly organized. / Special notes: The road from the prefectural road to the house is narrow and difficult, making it hard to move belongings. If TV or internet use is desired, installation work is required (TV 70,000 yen to 100,000 yen, internet approximately 40,000 yen)
