Full description
Compact single-story home within walking distance of a JR station. A compact 2DK single-story house. It has been used as a storage building for many years. Around August of this year, the contents were removed and the interior is now empty. For residential purposes, interior renovation would be needed. Currently, there are no signs of water leaks. The owner is planning to move and organizing their assets, so they are considering selling. Immediate handover is possible. Located about a 10-minute walk from JR Bantan Line Koro Station, with parking space for one light vehicle. There is also space for a vegetable garden. Points to note: the frontage road is narrow, making it difficult for large vehicles to pass, and it currently uses a draw-type (septic) system. However, municipal sewer pipes reach the front road, so connection to municipal sewerage is possible. It has recently become rented at 18,000 yen per month. Viewings are not possible due to an existing tenant.
