Full description
Highlights: Quiet environment with excellent sunlight. / Remarks: Termite inspection has not been conducted; inspection is recommended before purchase. Land classification is currently registered as paddy; owner must change the land classification during sale. Garage available. Quiet environment with good sunlight and good ventilation. Tile roof and exterior in good condition. Interior in fair condition. The two Western-style rooms on the 2nd floor of the garage have been little-used and are in good condition. Due to use as an annex rather than primary residence, there are no bath or hot water facilities. There is minimal earthquake damage, but some peeling of tiles and earthen walls is visible in the toilet area. (The Western-style toilet has a history of water leaks; plumbing inspection is necessary.) The front road is narrow, but a 7.8m-wide road is accessible just a few meters away via the water channel to the north. Sale is on an as-is basis.
