Full description
An inherited property was passed to me. I initially intended to gradually customize it through DIY, but due to the distance and increased work commitments, visiting has become difficult, so I'm considering selling it. Given my hope for an early sale, I'm looking for a smooth transaction partner. / The property is in good condition relative to its age. There is a main house and a secondary dwelling (unregistered), with parking for two cars. Although the secondary dwelling is unregistered and thus not included in the building area, when included, the total space is quite large. The first floor of the secondary dwelling serves as parking space, while the second floor can be used for equipment storage or as an office. The main house is a spacious 5DK, making it recommended for families. There is some warping in the ceiling, but no water leaks. The neighborhood has convenience stores and supermarkets, making it an easy-to-live-in environment. Sewage uses a septic tank. If rented, the rent would be 70,000 yen (plus 3,000 yen per pet).
