Full description

Both the Central and Southern Alps are visible in this naturally beautiful, relatively warm Ina Valley; I fell in love with this sunny, peaceful house and relocated here from the Kanto region where I have lived for many years. Recently I found land I truly wish to live on, so I have decided to let go of this beloved home for a new chapter in life. / Nakagawa Village has generous child-rearing support (special school meals, housing, land acquisition subsidies), and many relocating people and artists live here. I would be happy for anyone to use this house as a stage for starting a new life, to enjoy living here, and to love the house. The village retains its community spirit. / The house sits on a hillside with a wonderful view of the Central Alps. While preserving the traditional farmhouse character, about 10 years ago it underwent complete renovation (including roof retiling) costing over 10 million yen, with a 5LDK layout, so you can start a comfortable country life right away. A miso warehouse was also built at that time, enabling food storage. Two years ago, a solar water heater was installed in the garden, and both the bath and kitchen hot water flow from it. An eco-friendly kerosene water heater was simultaneously installed. / A Yerka brand wood stove (which can also bake pizza, bread, and roasted sweet potatoes) with chimney, the kind that wood stove enthusiasts covet. The main house living room is fitted with solid wood, relatively warm in winter, and features an island kitchen with a peaceful, soothing atmosphere. Skylights in the ceiling. The annex was built using traditional construction methods with excellent air quality. Isolated from the outside world, it is a privacy-protected space where the mind becomes calm. Cool in summer with no air conditioning needed. I sleep deeply here, so waking is different. / The covered hallway connecting the main house and annex is a sun room with solid wood and glass panels. Closets are finished with solid wood. There is a natural spring-fed pond in the garden. Includes satellite antenna. Parking for approximately 5 cars.
