Full description
Above all, the view at the entrance is spectacular, the house sits nestled between Mount Yoroi and Mount Kabuto. Both the front entrance and kitchen entrance have parking for roughly three vehicles each. Behind the main building there is a storage building and a well-proportioned garden space for home vegetable cultivation. The floor plan features a traditional layout with tatami rooms arranged in an田の字 (square) pattern with a central corridor; there is also a separate tatami room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms plus an attic room. Each room can be partitioned with walls to provide privacy, and the layout offers good functionality. The 1st-floor tatami room is in excellent condition despite the house having been vacant for about 7 years, the owners have maintained it meticulously with monthly ventilation. On the 2nd floor, an open hall overlooks Mount Yoroi from the windows! The 2nd floor contains a 2-room connected tatami space and a 3-mat bedroom. An attic room is also present, offering potential to create an additional room via DIY. Although the water fixtures are in clean condition, they have been in continuous use since the house was built. The hot water heater is broken and will be removed, so a new one will need to be installed. Many people in Soni Village specifically search for homes with views of Mount Yoroi.
