Repairs: Removed second-floor north-side washing area in 2021 (Reiwa 3). Exterior wall painting and veranda repair painting in June 2022 (Reiwa 4). Currently no parking on the property; the old storehouse on the west side could be demolished to create parking space (demolition cost borne by buyer). Approximately 250 meters (about 4 minutes walk) from the property, approximately 22 tsubo of vacant land available for use as parking. 2.2 kilometers to Kasaoka City Hall. Vacant since around 2025 (Reiwa 7).
