A short walk from the house reveals the majestic Mt. Ibuki view and pleasant rural rice field paths. We present a home in this natural, abundantly sunny environment. / For those who fit in with neighbors and will cherish and pass down this house: The owners built this house about 40 years ago. "We relocated it here and built it. I remember the neighborhood gathering to raise the main house together. The roof-raising ceremony, food was served, and everyone celebrated together." The nearby caretaker spoke nostalgically. This house carries history inscribed for both the owners and the community. After the couple passed away, the long-time acquainted caretaker's mother occasionally comes to air out the house. When we visited, the air felt fresh and pure; a well-maintained home continues to breathe, which is comforting. "It would be nice if someone who gets along with neighbors will treasure and pass down this house that the couple built with heart, living here long-term," the caretaker said. / A village with majestic scenery at the foothills. A garden enjoyable in every season. In late February when snow remains on Mt. Ibuki, plum blossoms bloom sparsely in the garden, heralding spring. The back garden is laden with yuzu fruits, and in autumn the lovely fragrance of sweet osmanthus drifts through. A garden with seasonal character is a delightful point for passing down a home. The special feeling of water channels flowing into the back garden is the blessing of the Ane River branch. The stone wall has good atmosphere; suitable for washing vegetables, watering plants, children playing, and refreshingly cool and atmospheric in summer. The spacious back garden also has good sunlight, so you can even start a home vegetable garden. / Features: [Water/sewer connected] Bathroom, toilet, kitchen all connected to water/sewer; no major renovation needed. This house carries history inscribed not only for the owners but also for the community, and imagining when everyone celebrated the roof-raising ceremony was very moving. On our interview day, the garden trees were becoming spring-like, and the back garden with its water channels was very attractive.
