Full description
Water source village! New love in a hamlet where clear streams spring forth / This is why Maibara is called the water source village, near here is a source of clear spring water flowing abundantly, inhabited by tiny killifish that only live in pristine streams swimming contentedly. Despite convenient location, the home is blessed with rich natural environment and starry night skies. / The water that nourishes the region is Maibara's greatest charm! Even in this hamlet, a spring source called "Tenjin no Mizu" flows perpetually. / A 5-minute walk from the house, the landlord showed us this place. "When there's a Tenjin festival, we'd chill watermelons and juice in this pond. It's refreshingly cold in summer and stays at nearly constant temperature year-round." / "The greatest appeal of life here is definitely the perfect starry sky! At night it's dark and quiet, and I saw many meteors from the garden. An experience you can't have in cities or residential areas! Fireflies dance in the nearby stream, the air is clean, and nature is simply abundant." / Water channels and lanes crisscross the hamlet, a delightful walking neighborhood / People we met during interviews kindly greeted us, and these warm interactions were heartwarming. / The house sits at the hamlet's entrance, so the road in front is wide and parking is ample, easy to drive. "Even in heavy snow, the snow removal truck clears early, so we never had trouble getting in or out." / Sunny main house and garden with vegetable patch. South-facing and perfectly sun-lit! Verandas and garden stay warm, letting you dry laundry and futons generously during the day. / First-floor layout is a Taji-type plan (8-6-6-6 tatami rooms), not too large, functionally well-proportioned. Genkan entrance is spacious with ample storage! From the south-facing veranda you can enjoy garden views, very peaceful. / Kitchen/dining, bath, and toilet corridors are floored, with compact efficient movement patterns. All water facilities are modern, both bath and toilet are comfortable. Two Western-style toilets are side by side, accessible from both outside and interior corridor, very convenient for various situations. / Second floor: warm sunlight, very bright 6-tatami tatami rooms (two rooms), spacious and relaxing. Ideal small study room and excellent storage on north side, functionality is excellent. / Within walking distance of station! Commute and school commute convenient, just 15 minutes walk to nearest station. Elementary school is nearby; children walk with detours through streams and fields. / Features: [Water/sewer connected] Bath, toilet, kitchen all connected to municipal water/sewer, no major renovation needed. [Excellent sunlight] Tatami rooms, veranda, 2nd floor receive warm sun during day, very bright. Wide garden lets you dry laundry/futons abundantly. [Easy trash disposal] Single trash collection point very nearby, trash very convenient! Recyclables and bulk items, no burden! [Two Western-style toilets!] Accessible from outside and inside corridor, very convenient! Two toilets especially welcome for large families with children. / Surroundings: 15-minute walk to nearest station, commute/school commute convenient. Elementary school nearby makes it great for child-rearing families. Right nearby are the spring source "Tenjin no Mizu" and historic temple "Rinzobou", very natural. Located at hamlet entrance with wide roads; snow removal trucks clear early on snowy days, reassuring. Excellent sunlight!
