When you open the large windows, a pastoral landscape spreads out, and cool breezes flow through, allowing you to spend comfortable time. We highly recommend this for people who want to live in a special location and feel the changing seasons in their skin. A house surrounded by fields with excellent sunlight. Since the house is surrounded by fields, it has a spacious appearance, good sunlight, and you don't have to worry too much about your neighbors, so families with children can live freely. The entrance has an earthen floor and the hallway is wide with plenty of space. The first floor tatami room is a small square layout (8 tatami, 8 tatami, 4 tatami, 4 tatami) that is just right for a nuclear family, with excellent sunlight. Beyond the windows spreads a pastoral landscape, and you can feel expansive while relaxing in the tatami room. The southeast-facing veranda is warm and cozy, and when you listen carefully, you can hear the chirping of birds and feel at ease. You can also see the fields from the kitchen, which is also nice. Wake up early, prepare meals while refreshing. When you carefully climb the slightly steep stairs from the entrance, Mt. Ibuki jumps into your eyes from the windows, creating a special feeling that is indescribable! The second floor has two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style room in a series, so it would be nice to make each family member's bedroom. When you exit from the middle room's window, there is a good view and an excellent sunny laundry rack. On sunny days, hanging laundry is the ultimate feeling. Behind the house, there is a spacious field blessed with good sunlight, and there is an environment perfect for people who want to challenge vegetable gardening. A golden osmanthus tree with a large, round shape is a symbol, and it must smell wonderful in the fall. A bit nostalgic and cute Showa retro. It's nice to see wooden frames with patterned frosted glass, and water-colored tile work around the toilet and sink, with a Showa retro atmosphere remaining. In front of the entrance is an old-fashioned tile sink with a rose pattern design that is cute. The outdoor sink will surely be useful for outdoor work and washing harvested vegetables! The landlord's father loved stones. There is a design with stones collected as a hobby arranged in the bathroom. With a little thought on details, you can feel the landlord's feelings and the history of the house, which is heartwarming. The landlord returns home 4 to 5 times a year for ventilation, cleaning and grass cutting, and has been gradually organizing household items each time. We want to connect the landlord's thoughts about letting the next resident continue to live comfortably with a good relationship.
