Full description
Used as a vacation home for band practice. Due to an increase in members from Fuji/Fujisendai/Gotemba, it became too small, so we looked for another location and currently live in Fuji. It has been vacant for approximately 1.5 years. Three years ago, we renovated everything except the bathroom. We installed air conditioning in each room and enjoyed comfortable living. The parking area can easily accommodate three light vehicles. It is a quiet place that is also suitable for permanent residence. The Shintomei and Shinsemi Expressway interchanges are about 10 minutes away, making it very convenient for trips to Tokyo, Hamamatsu, and Yamanashi. For families with children, the elementary school is located about 1 km away. The neighbors are kind people who do not complain even when we practice band. Mount Fuji is visible from the garden, and the cherry blossom season offers spectacular views. As for shopping, it takes about 15 minutes by car to reach a supermarket. For those seriously considering purchase, viewings are generally available anytime. / As-is sale with public registry transaction.

Area and hazard data
- About 279.9 km from the coast

A pre-1981 build predates Japan's current earthquake code, which can matter for insurance and renovation. We flag the era from the year built where we have it.
