Full description
Originally used as an osteopathy clinic, with waiting room and treatment room features remaining throughout the property. / Featured property report: The property introduced this time is a residential building in Sakae-machi, Himi City. Sakae-machi is located slightly north of the central commercial district. Directly across the road from the property is Himinoé Park, offering beautiful coastal scenery and summer fireworks, making it an ideal location to enjoy Himi's charm. This property was once a beloved osteopathy clinic in the community, and traces of the waiting area and treatment rooms remain. The thick, substantial wooden beams overhead create a warmth reminiscent of old-style farmhouses, and the layout, retail/commercial space in front, living quarters in back, makes it attractive as a new business venue while maintaining this aesthetic. The dining area at the rear of the first floor features an old-style wall-mounted kitchen. The hallway (courtyard) separates the private space, allowing client interaction and shop operations without conveying a lived-in atmosphere. Additionally, as the property has not been vacant for an extended period, the water systems are likely still functional in their current state. This is a western-style room on the second floor, with adjoining tatami rooms on the ocean side. While there is one tatami room on the first floor, the second-floor rooms appear more suitable as individual bedrooms. Depending on usage, they could also work well as a large open space. While some age-related wear is visible, there are no areas requiring essential repairs. Those seeking a foundation to start small while preserving the character of this 70+ year old structure are very welcome. We look forward to hearing from you. / Remarks: Unregistered section under Showa 56 / Sakae-machi 3331-1 (32.54 ㎡ includes land and building)
