From the listing
Purchased from an acquaintance about 10 years ago. After purchase, I considered what to use it for, but nothing came to mind, and it remains vacant today. The field (430 sqm) has become overgrown with grass. The interior of the single-story house (approximately 77 sqm) does not appear to have water leaks, but the floor is soft and spongy. The toilet is a pit toilet. The bath is a wood-fired bath located in a separate building. I will dispose of items in these structures. There is also a small shed with many items inside; it will be handed over as-is. If you utilize the field, you can enjoy self-sufficiency. The bath is wood-fired, but you may be able to connect a shower to a water heater to produce hot water. Since no one has used it for over 10 years, it has deteriorated, but it is a house that provides shelter from wind and rain. Near the boundary between the field and bamboo grove, there is a small stone-like object buried in grass resembling a grave. It is in the photographs. Since the time of the previous owner, the understanding has been "it's been here since ancient times, I don't know what it is," and I have left it as is. / Current status: vacant / Note: This is a sale in 'as-is' condition and by register-based transaction. / Note: Even if you purchase the property cheaply, the maintenance costs after purchase (taxes, repairs, etc.) may exceed the purchase price. Please exercise careful judgment when considering a purchase.
