Eligibility
- Child-rearing household: 45 years old or younger with a child under 18 living together
- Newcomer: under 60 years old, moved from outside the municipality, and has not resided in Minamiyamashiro for the past 2 years
- Must acquire housing or execute a rental lease in the municipality with intent to settle
- For housing acquisition, must remain resident for 5 years from date of subsidy grant; failure to do so requires repayment
