Eligibility
- Property registered in the Akiya Bank
- Property on which the applicant holds a lease or sales contract, or where ownership has been transferred via inheritance
- Property to be used for at least 10 years as a settlement promotion residence or regional revitalization base
- Akiya Bank registrants (owners who have registered a property in the Akiya Bank)
- Akiya Bank users (those who have applied to use the bank as tenants)
- Person or community group with no outstanding municipal taxes
- Applicant must undertake akiya renovation and repairs at their own expense
- Within 3 years of the sales contract or initial lease date of the vacant house
