Construction must be performed by a corporation with a business location in town and subject to corporate resident tax, or by an individual business owner registered as a resident in town
Migrant must reside in the housing for 5 years after grant confirmation

Eligibility

Dedicated single-family housing within the town (excluding rental properties)
Person with town resident registration who is the property owner or first-degree relative (including spouse) of the owner, at least one of whom resides in the target housing, with no tax delinquency
Work must be performed by a contractor with business location in town (corporation or individual business owner resident in town)
Work must be completed and completion report submitted within 120 days of grant approval and by February 29, 2027
