Person who relocated from outside Kameoka City.
Person of talent desired by each local community (including membership in the local residents' association).
Must intend to continue the business for 10 years. If relocation or failure to use the property as intended occurs within 10 years, repayment is required.
Application must be within 3 years of relocation, with intention to settle in the relocation promotion special zone and willingness to contribute to regional activation through startup.
Must newly establish and open a store, office, workshop, etc. in Kameoka City.
Applicant must reside within the same zone.
Must have management and financial plans based on sufficient research and investigation with prospects for business continuation and development.
Must be able to submit annual implementation status reports for 5 years.
