Minami-tane Town Migration and Settlement Promotion Subsidy
Up to 2,000,000 yen
Eligibility
- For new construction, property must be outside Kamiaka district
- Renovation and movable property transport/disposal costs for akiya-bank registered properties (project cost over 500,000 yen)
- Person intending to migrate from outside the municipality to Minami-tane Town
- Applicant must be age 65 or younger at time of application (for business types ① and ②)
- Additional grant for children (middle school or younger) living in the same property
- Must reside in purchased property for minimum 10 years; must lease (if landlord renovates) or reside (if tenant renovates) renovated property for minimum 10 years
- Project must be undertaken by a local contractor
