From the listing

Greetings from the cream-yellow exterior that looks good against the blue sky. Isa, called Hokkaido of Kagoshima, has extremely cold winters but summers are intense as befits a basin. Morning temperatures drop sharply, making daily temperature adaptation an eternal theme. The property is located in the Okuguchi central area (Sato district). Primary school, middle school, and high school are all within 1km; Okuguchi High School on the left in photos is just 10 seconds away by running. The entrance porch with easy-to-clean tile, symmetric entrance lighting, and gentle-colored exterior with sophisticated black door make a well-maintained impression reflecting careful daily living. There is a 7.5 tatami air-conditioned Western room to the right of the entrance, possibly used as a reception or office, with windows on two sides for good ventilation. A 6 tatami Japanese room with two-sided windows, good air circulation, and ample storage. Beyond it another 6 tatami Japanese room adjacent to the living room (described next). Room-dividing storage offers soundproofing and insulation benefits and includes air conditioning. The living room adjoining the Japanese room is spacious and clean, with a large sink and useful storage shelving beside it. Bathroom and wash area accessible through the living room. Nearby placement moderates temperature extremes. Washing machine area, wash basin, and dressing room all have ample storage. The bathroom has refreshing mint-green tile finish. Toilet immediately outside the living room with excellent oversized storage. This Heisei-era property's remarkable storage capacity, unlike older homes with limited closets, allows a clean aesthetic. Toilet type with men's room and water-flush toilet, grab bars on both sides, large window for easy ventilation, easy-to-clean flooring. The room tour culminates in a 6 tatami two-room Japanese room with excellent storage. Natural bright at 10am in July without lights, a pleasant space. The property includes a second building on-site previously used for Japanese confectionery manufacturing/sales for about 3 years. Interior not inspected at photography time, but valuable for food manufacturing businesses or those needing separate studio/office space.
