A 1872-built traditional farmhouse located about 5 minutes by car from the city center. The interior underwent major renovation about 10 years ago, retaining the charm of the old house while offering a warm wooden interior. Two Japanese-style rooms have been converted to Western-style rooms for better usability, and the open dining area is impressive. Kitchen, bathroom, and toilet have all been renovated. The toilet is a simple flush type, but can be upgraded to full flush by installing a septic tank. The attic space is available for storage. Remaining furniture is available upon request; unwanted items will be removed before handover. Adjacent farmland is included; we hope to find someone who will take it together. / Special Notes: Adjacent farmland (1,244 square meters) is sold as a set.
