Property introduction: Today we introduce a home in Marunouchi, Himi City. This area has very convenient access - just 300 meters to the supermarket, which is highly attractive. While Himi City is car-dependent and most people drive for shopping, this property allows you to access daily necessities on foot. Facilities like Ikiiki Genki-kan and the elementary school are also within walking distance, making it convenient for families with children! Let's explore the interior. The entrance is spacious and open. The intercom inside the entrance might be a remnant of the pre-doorbell era when people would call out 'excuse me.' It's heartwarming to catch glimpses of that old way of life. To the right of the entrance is the dining area. The water fixtures show aging in the water supply pipes and will need repair. At the back, a side door leads to the clothes-drying space. The front tatami room facing the dining area is a two-room layout creating an open impression. Though the photo is overexposed, soft light from the inner courtyard filters through nicely. The veranda has a characterful, traditional design where you could peacefully spend a holiday. If the courtyard is cleaned up, the atmosphere would improve even more. Moving to the second floor: at the top of the stairs is a small storage-like room. As someone who finds small spaces calming, I can imagine using it as a study nook. The tatami room is simple and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet: The bathtub is quite small, but about 15 minutes walk away from the property is Himi City's michi-no-eki (roadside station) 'Banya-gai' with its attached 'Soyu' - a natural hot-spring public bath.
