An old farmhouse at the foot of Mount Arajin. The building shows age-related deterioration throughout, but has many rooms and can be used spaciously. Currently, there is a height difference between the front road and the site, so vehicles cannot enter the site directly, but if exterior improvements are made, a spacious parking area can be secured.
