Full description
A house near JR Namiko Station, along National Route 9, within walking distance of Namiko Beach and the aquarium. / Currently under negotiation. Thank you for your understanding. / Remarks: Located near Namiko Beach, this traditional folk house is over 100 years old. From the 2nd floor, you can enjoy sweeping views of the blue Sea of Japan. Furniture remains on the property; necessary items will be provided free of charge, and unnecessary items will be removed before handover. The toilet currently has simple flush facilities. Since the property is in a sewered area, we recommend connecting to the sewerage and upgrading to full flush. There is no parking space on the property. You may contract for nearby paid parking or potentially level the grounds to create parking space. / Repair notes: Floor sagging and other issues; please check at viewing. / Important disclosure: Does not meet road-frontage standards; setback will be required for any future rebuilding.
