Location

This marks an approximate area, not the exact building. The circle is a rough radius from the listing's published address, so you can see the neighbourhood without us guessing at a precise spot.

Full description

The building was newly constructed in September of Showa 48 (1973), but underwent extensive remodeling at an unspecified date during the Heisei era, so it requires almost no renovation (interior finishes, exterior walls, roof painting, double-pane windows, etc.) and is ready for immediate occupancy. There is a reinforced-concrete garage, but parking space is provided for 1 car. Adding a second space would cost approximately 3.2 million yen. Because the Ushikura Mori district has many slopes, I believe the southward view from this property is excellent. The property is vacant with no remaining items inside, so viewings can be arranged anytime.
