Location
This marks an approximate area, not the exact building. The circle is a rough radius from the listing's published address, so you can see the neighbourhood without us guessing at a precise spot.
Full description
Accessory equipment: storage shed next door / Utilities note: Gas installation required / Special notes: The property has been vacant for 1 year 4 months (as of June Reiwa 4). Due to rain leaks on the 2nd floor, that section is unusable. The roof has been partially patched temporarily but requires proper repairs. Repair costs are negotiable. To reach the bath and toilet, you must pass through an external earthen-floor area. Rural landscape spreads in front of the house. [Important] Behind the building, the slope on the mountain side had concrete retaining walls installed 15 years ago as a landslide prevention measure by the town. However, the building is designated as a Special Alert Zone (Red Zone) under the Landslide Disaster Prevention Act, and the property is designated as an Alert Zone (Yellow Zone). When constructing new residences in Red Zones, there are restrictions on building permits and structural design.
