Full description

A cherished family home where my parents lived and I grew up. Vacant since Reiwa 3 (2021). I work far away and have decided to let it go. / The building is damaged in many places with stiff sliding doors and loose floor sections. Even so, I stay overnight during trips home about twice a year. I keep a minimal bedding set for these occasions, which I'll remove when transferring. Though it's a house in a depopulating village, I'm seeking someone willing to accept it as-is. The building can either be reused or demolished as desired. / Surrounded by sea and countryside. Within a one-minute walk to the sea (estuary). It's an old property with damage throughout. The entrance, Buddhist altar room, and storage shed walls are all collapsed. The entrance lock is broken and can only be opened/closed from inside. The building's warping causes the sliding doors to stick. Winters are cold.
