The previous owner had difficulty maintaining the property, so I took over the management. Located about 10 minutes by car to Aizu-Wakamatsu Station; interior remains have been cleared. Currently, no major defects such as water leaks, structural tilt, or termite damage are visible, but professional inspection has not been conducted, so please consider the current state as-is. Initially planned for DIY use, but due to job transfer, I am considering selling. Price and delivery timing can be discussed flexibly between seller and buyer. Parking spaces are available next to and within the property for approximately one vehicle (compact to standard). Supermarket (Lion D'or) within 10-minute walk for daily convenience. Current toilets are bucket-type septic system. Previous owner reported aging municipal water supply equipment.
