Location

This marks an approximate area, not the exact building. The circle is a rough radius from the listing's published address, so you can see the neighbourhood without us guessing at a precise spot.

Full description

The property has 31.20m of road frontage on a 4m-wide southern road, but has no direct entrance from the parcel itself; the entrance area likely uses third-party-owned land and riverbed. Located away from Namie town center, adjacent to the Ukedo River. Road frontage is 4m wide but the entrance is on another's property; at time of sale, the boundary block would need to be removed to create a new entrance. Remaining plants on the south-side road need removal, and garden stones and vegetation within the parcel should be cleared. The north side is bamboo thicket (neglected long-term after the disaster) and requires felling. Expected demand from residential buyers is low. The entrance uses land owned by Futaba Real Estate and possible riverbed. Use of storage sheds and storeroom not permitted.
