Full description
Purchased around March 2025 and was in the process of renovation, but due to circumstances, I'm relocating away from Gifu and putting the property on the market. I believe the property would be livable with the addition of cushion flooring and a water heater. / In an area with public water and sewerage, the toilet is Western-style flush, electricity is in the Chubu Electric Power service area, and gas is a propane gas area. There is parking space for one vehicle. As the seller, I've stayed at the property for about 20 nights while making repairs, so I believe it won't require too much effort to inhabit. I'm flexible on price negotiations, so please feel free to consult. Currently no one is living there, so you can move in anytime. / Yamakori City is located immediately north of Gifu City, and the Enbaraga River flowing through the northern part of the city is famous. The scenery is as beautiful as the name 'Kiyoryu no Kuni Gifu' (the clear-flowing waters of Gifu) suggests, and photographs capturing the light rays are particularly mystical. It's not as remote as you might think, being adjacent to Gifu, the prefecture's capital, it's about 15 minutes by car. Having a Western-style flush toilet is also a plus. Built in 1973 and over 50 years old. Most repairs have been done, but the aged character of the structure remains evident.
