Location
This marks an approximate area, not the exact building. The circle is a rough radius from the listing's published address, so you can see the neighbourhood without us guessing at a precise spot.
Full description
This is a welfare center that was previously used as a training facility by the owners' parents. It has not been used for about 10 years, only visited occasionally, so there is deterioration inside the building, but it could still be useful with renovation. If fully renovated, it could also be used as a guesthouse or inn. Inside there is space where about 50 people can sleep and a large kitchen. The bath could accommodate about 6 people at a time. The area is very natural and peaceful. Nearby there is the Hotaka Ski Resort, making it convenient for ski training camps and summer tennis camps. Thank you for your interest. Immediate vacant possession possible.

A pre-1981 build predates Japan's current earthquake code, which can matter for insurance and renovation. We flag the era from the year built where we have it.
