Full description

Recommended features: A grand building with a large gable two-story adjacent to the prefectural road! / Contract notes: Household furnishings offered on an as-is basis; the homeowner's altar (butsudan) will be removed by the seller. / Remarks: This building was constructed in Taisho 13 (1924) and has been standing for over 100 years. The main residence is a gable two-story structure, and the property includes a 2-by-3-ken earthen storehouse and a barn, comprising a large and impressive residential complex. The property has been vacant for over 10 years, and there is evidence of roof leaks in several places (bedroom, kitchen, storehouse, etc.). The miscellaneous trees on the property are in an unmanaged state. Located outside the urban planning area and outside the landslide warning area. Road access with snow removal available.
