Full description
Recommendations: Although it's an old building, the second floor of the barn has been renovated into two Japanese-style rooms (8 tatami mats each) with white wood construction! / Contract notes: Household items are to be discussed. The living room requires renovation from the foundation up due to rain leaks causing moss and mold. The roof overhang on the north side of the barn has collapsed and needs to be demolished. / Other/Remarks: This is a region with very heavy snow in winter. Road access: snow removal provided; outside urban planning area / outside landslide warning zone

Area and hazard data
- About 239.5 km from the coast

A pre-1981 build predates Japan's current earthquake code, which can matter for insurance and renovation. We flag the era from the year built where we have it.
