Full description
This is my family home. Built in Showa 51 (1976), it has been renovated so you can move in immediately. Located approximately 60 minutes by car from Asahikawa Station. The property has solar panels generating annual electricity sales revenue of approximately 60,000-70,000 yen, though usage reduces this amount. The reduction translates to lower electricity costs. When home ownership is transferred, the solar panel name registration must be handled by the buyer. I can explain this in detail. The surroundings are quiet with a highway bypass nearby. The nearest JR station is Aibetsu Station, a 400m walk away, with a bus stop at the same location. Please contact me if interested in purchasing. If you wish to view the property in person, I work during the day but can arrange visits after 6 PM. / The sale price is as stated below. When home transfer is finalized, solar panel name registration transfer will be necessary. The buyer must handle this themselves. Registration takes approximately 4 months. I can provide guidance on this. Although it's in a rural area, it may be ideal for people who prefer quiet locations. New toilet and bathroom vanity, electric water heater with parts replaced in August last year and inspected, television compatible with Potet cable, carport, separate parking lot, storage shed, solar panel system, stove provided, and cold-weather water plumbing upgrades installed. Deep-night electricity rate contract applies. The kitchen dishwasher has not been used so its condition is unknown. It may be broken, so please accept the property in its current as-is condition. / Current condition: Ready to move into immediately.
