A location where you can enjoy all seasons, with a large storage shed where you can leave belongings freely / My parents lived here until autumn last year, but they relocated to a two-generation house and it became vacant. Since it has been vacant for less than a year, I hope to sell it while it is still in good condition. / The town of Mashike where this property is located has many places to enjoy such as ski slopes, golf courses, the ocean, and campgrounds. There are also fruit orchards, so you can enjoy the area year-round. Although the property is located away from town, it is only a 5-minute drive to the golf course and the ocean is right in front, so I believe it is an ideal location for those who enjoy golfing and surfing. / Since the land is large, you can freely do barbecue and home gardening.
