The building is old with left-behind items remaining, but the generous land area allows for diverse uses / This is a two-story wooden house in a residential area of Minamiawaji, Hyogo. It has been left unoccupied for many years. I purchased it as an inherited property from an uncle I knew. The land is 192.97 m² with a 63.63 m² house within it. The interior is old and needs renovation, and there are various items left behind. With the sufficient space, it could be renovated as a guesthouse, or for other uses including residence, vacation home, company office, etc. It could also be demolished for new construction, or used for investment. The surrounding area has nice apartments and storage facilities. We hope for an early sale, so we ask for a smooth transaction.
