Full description
Old house not in livable condition, but land with plenty of bamboo shoots available / A bamboo forest of about 200 tsubo close to Ryugasaki city center. About 3 regular cars can be parked on the access road and about 3 small cars on the property. There is an old house, but it is soiled with dog feces and uninhabitable. It was rented until March 2026, so electricity and water are available. / Plenty of bamboo shoots can be harvested, so I was considering keeping it, but annual property taxes are 40,000 yen and access road usage fees are 10,000 yen per year, so I cannot recover the costs and want to sell it. Supermarkets and convenience stores are very convenient, just a short bike ride away. The access road is narrow, but I would be happy if it could be used by those interested in business or bamboo shoot harvesting. / The land is flat, so if you cut down the bamboo you could park more small cars. The access road is a public road, but no one else uses it, so you can park regular cars there. It is possible to rebuild, so you can also construct a new building. Please feel free to contact me. Immediate handover is possible.
