Full description
Property overview: The first floor was extensively remodeled around 1992, but the tatami mats, flooring, walls, etc. show appropriate age-related deterioration. There is some sagging in the second-floor Japanese-style room. / Surrounding environment: The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood that underwent residential development from the late 1950s onward. Life-related facilities are available within approximately 1 km, creating a highly convenient environment. / Remarks: Part of the main house and the storage shed section are unregistered; registration costs are subject to negotiation. There are water stains from roof leaks at the entrance requiring repair. The roof is rusted; early repainting is recommended. Any major renovations or additions requiring building confirmation will require inspection reports. (Not required in case of rebuilding)
