Built in 1955, this is a wooden single-story building with tile roof. Within a 500m walk there are Kamikatagiri Station (JR Iida Line), clinic, elementary school, and convenience store, making this a convenient property. It also features excellent sunlight from its south-facing orientation. Since it is not connected to the main sewer line, water and sewage work (including drainage pipe installation, etc.) will be required.
