Full description
Attracted by Matsumoto's wonderful nature and outdoor environment, I purchased this as a second home several years ago. I've been enjoying DIY work on the old farmhouse and garden maintenance for several years while using it as a hiking base, but due to work circumstances, it has become difficult to visit regularly, so I'm considering selling. / In 2024, the kitchen, bathroom, vanity, and plumbing were fully renovated (now connected to public sewer; previously had a septic tank). Currently vacant. Since it hasn't been maintained since last autumn, the lawn around the garden and parking area needs mowing. Additionally, the bathroom shower valve has freeze damage in winter and needs repair. Apart from these, there are no major issues and it will be comfortable to live in with just a little maintenance. / Located almost at the foot of a mountain, surrounded by apple orchards, it's a natural and very quiet environment. The property has land of just the right size for starting a home vegetable garden. / With a car, shopping and outings are convenient, making it ideal for a two-base lifestyle (second home) or relocation.
