Property purchased by a relative 1.5 years ago. He moored his yacht at nearby Ushimado Marina and purchased this property considering a two-base lifestyle between here and Yokohama, but passed away suddenly at the marina. The property was inherited by his eldest son, and I then purchased it. Within walking distance are Ushimado Marina, a resort hotel, excellent sushi restaurants, convenience stores and more. While Ushimado is rural, this property is located in a residential area in the center of town. The building can be lived in immediately if you don't mind the interior design. While not 100% certain, I believe there are no leaks. Multi-car parking available. Standard furniture including dressers, sofas, refrigerator, etc. is included. The property has been cleaned and prepared. Building plans were not available at the municipal records office.
