We purchased a run-down vacant property and were working gradually to clean up leftover materials and renovate it through DIY to create a shared house for Kansai Airport workers and foreigners. However, due to family circumstances, we've decided to relocate overseas, and since we don't know when we'll be able to work on it again, we're looking for someone to utilize it. We demolished the warehouse on the roof and did our best to prevent rain from entering, but it may have leaked in again during a typhoon. The entire roof will need to be re-shingled (previous estimate was around 1.5 yen million). Repairs are necessary, so it cannot be occupied immediately. Someone with considerable DIY skills, or someone willing to demolish it to some extent while keeping the framework, might be suitable. The municipal sewer has a manhole already on the property, so connecting it would enable toilet and water service. Regarding gas, it's confirmed with Osaka Gas that the area can have either propane or city gas if piping is installed to the nearby road. It's about 10 minutes by car to Kansai Airport, so it could be good for inbound business or future investment toward Asia's largest integrated resort, Osaka IR, opening in 2030. There are very few properties for sale in Tajiri Town, and when there are, they're in good locations with accordingly high prices. A small apartment built next to this property in 2022 appears to be fully occupied. Max Value (24-hour operation), Rinku Outlet Mall, and Marble Beach are all within walking distance, making it a very well-located area where you won't struggle to live with a bicycle. The famous Tajiri Sunday morning market is just a 1-minute walk away. It's popular for fresh seafood and vegetables as well as local specialty food stalls, and bustling every week. Tajiriccio Plaza is right in front, making it a great environment for children. The drawback is that you can't drive right up to the house, but you can rent monthly parking about 10 meters away for 5,000 yen, so it's not that inconvenient. Early sale is requested, so we ask for someone with capital or a corporation. Loans are not possible due to unregistered buildings.
