Full description
Ocean lover's must-see! Spacious 2-story house 1 minute walk from Kuromatsu Beach. Delivered after furniture removal! / A seaside town spreading in the eastern part of the city, Kuromatsu-cho. A 2-story building built in 1976 located 500 meters from Kuromatsu Beach. The interior features three Japanese-style and three Western-style rooms plus a dining kitchen, spacious enough for large families. About 20 years ago, it was renovated to all-electric with kitchen, bathroom, and toilet renovated. A septic tank is installed and the toilet is flush. Furniture remains during viewings but will be delivered after removal. If you wish to keep any furniture, we will provide it for free (owners will remove Buddhist altars and Shinto shelves at their own expense). Handrails are installed around the entrance, and a slope is installed from the Western-style room on the right side of the entrance to allow wheelchair access. The design is considerate for elderly people and wheelchair users. Rain leakage occurred in the first-floor Western-style room four years ago, but it has been repaired (roof tiles replaced, wall wallpaper replaced). / Special notes: Price negotiation is possible. Please consult with us. / Items requiring repair: Furniture removal (delivery after removal), and other repairs may be needed. Please confirm during your viewing. / There is no parking space on the grounds. Parking is possible by leveling the garden. Alternatively, sign a separate contract for nearby paid parking (details will be provided during your viewing). / Septic tank management fees apply separately.
