All-electric home. / Repairs noted: Please confirm condition during viewing and perform repairs as needed. / Introduction: A two-story wooden building in central Gotsu built in 1979. Excellent location with daycare, elementary and junior high schools, hospital, supermarket all within 1km, making it very livable. One room on the first floor was added in 1989; the current layout is 5DK with 3 Japanese-style and 2 Western-style rooms, spacious for families. Well water is also available; bathroom, toilet, sink, and outdoor fixtures are connected to well water. Converted to all-electric home in 2017. Kitchen has 3-burner IH cooktop, bathtub has automatic hot water function. Municipal sewer connected with flush toilet. Washlet installed in 2022. Bathroom renovated in 1998. In 2024, second-floor tatami room water leak was repaired and ceiling and sliding doors were replaced. Additionally, mesh screens on second-floor north side (stairwell), second-floor west side (tatami room), and entryway have been repaired. In April 2025, roof tiles were repaired; in June, well pump was replaced; in November, furniture was removed and professional cleaning was completed. One air conditioner (first floor), two air purifiers, and monitor phone are installed and available for use. Hallway and entryway lights are motion-sensor type. Other attached equipment will be provided at no cost.
