Structure note: Built in the 1950s. Over 10 years ago, the main house and storehouse (15 tsubo) roof tiles were replaced with black tiles (cost approximately 4.5 yen million). Also over 10 years ago, entry door and window sashes were replaced, and flooring in 3 rooms was rebuilt (cost approximately 1.5 yen million). / Condition: Major repairs necessary / Repair cost responsibility: Buyer responsible / Pet raising: Permitted / The Uga district is located at the easternmost part of Nishinoshima Town, quiet with scenic beauty, many islands, and excellent views. Good for sea play and fishing. 5 km from Bessho Port, about 5 minutes by car. 100 m from the house to the coast. A good location where fishing boats and leisure vessels dock (with breakwater; spacious fishing port). / Other: Once a purchaser is decided, we plan to responsibly remove unwanted items around the house and install waterways so residents can live with peace of mind.
