Full description
Originally planned for retirement, but the area became busier with tourists after my purchase; I prefer a quiet environment and am looking for property further up in the mountains instead. Hot spring water reaches the room. Basement piping, overhead piping (in ceiling), hot water heater, hot spring pipes, and toilet have all been replaced with current equipment. Family bath and small convenience store are inside the condominium. Currently overgrown with trees; ocean barely visible. Fireworks are beautiful and impressive. / Television, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, and other appliances are included (paintings and accessory boxes are being removed). / Located next to Atami Station but sits on elevated ground, requires uphill access (easier with car or motorcycle). The wooden bath developed gaps and received amateur repairs. Still usable but replacement recommended. / Management has been excellent since the system changed several years ago. / Hot spring is natural on-site flow from a source on the property grounds; no renewal fees or water rights charges. / We ask for someone who can cooperate well with the management association and fellow residents (please follow basic rules: manage noise levels, separate garbage properly, maintain discipline).

A pre-1981 build predates Japan's current earthquake code, which can matter for insurance and renovation. We flag the era from the year built where we have it.
