Full description
We purchased the land 30 years ago and built this house. My spouse, who loves the sea and hot springs, planted citrus fruits, and we enjoyed the sea, hot springs, and fruits. Close to Usami Station (Ito Line), and convenient to convenience stores, supermarkets, elementary and middle schools, and kindergartens. As we've aged, it has become difficult to maintain, so we would like to pass it on. We would be grateful if you would treat it carefully. / Flush toilet with septic tank. Electricity and water are municipal utilities. / The transaction is on an as-is basis and will be conducted under registered public records.

Area and hazard data
- About 331.1 km from the coast
- About 279.2 km to the nearest primary school
A pre-1981 build predates Japan's current earthquake code, which can matter for insurance and renovation. We flag the era from the year built where we have it.
