An old house located halfway between Utsunomiya and Nikko. The land is approximately 32 tsubo with two wooden structures, each approximately 55 years old. One building near the road can be adapted for commercial or residential use; the rear building is partially deteriorated and currently used for storage. The property is located on a national highway with a bus stop directly in front, surrounded by bamboo forest, with no parking. Utilities present: electricity and water are available but require reconnection work. Septic system installation will be necessary for habitation. A small stream flows along the northern boundary. The property is in an adjustment zone but reconstruction is possible immediately after demolition. Still contains some remaining items from previous occupancy.
