Convenient and comfortable Washiki district. The 1st floor had a shop, so there is a spacious earthen floor area. You can imagine many uses for it. Use the 2nd floor as a living space. It has sufficiently large Japanese and Western-style rooms, and a spacious veranda. There is also a garden behind the property that can be used as a parking space. Nearby (not on the property) are forests and farmland that the seller hopes to sell together. (Those not interested in the farmland can also consider purchasing just the building.) (Note) The property has flooded once in the past, and overall extensive renovations are needed. Currently there are many leftover items inside. 【Please Note】 This property requires farmland purchase.
